Founded in 1968 by Rod Hamilton in Teddington, London; his son Ian Hamilton introduced the two-part interchangeable switch/socket plate concept in the late 1980s (finalised 1989). Remains a family-led business, serving both the luxury interiors market and the wider electrical trade market.
